Artistic director of Dior’s menswear line Kim Jones has created, for the second time, a new wardrobe for French football team Paris Saint-Germain. Designed to last for the next two seasons, this elegant assemblage of outfits caters for both casual and formal needs.

Things are kept classy and simple by relying on a palette of black and navy blue — a move that perhaps encourages more emphasis on the players’ personal sense of style.

Directed by Till Janz, the visual campaign sees Renato Sanches, Fabian Ruiz, Keylor Navas and Nuno Mendes modelling new Dior looks for PSG on the pitch, while another set of images captures Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi and other PSG players wearing tailored evening-wear ensembles.

The relaxed ensemble comprises a Harrington jacket, knitted sweater and polo shirt — all finished with an embroidered “Paris Saint-Germain” patch and the “CD Icon” initials — as well as the Dior Explorer derbies in black leather, punctuated with the iconic Dior Oblique motif.

The formal collection pairs a cashmere coat, jacket, shirt and pants, and black leather Dior Timeless captoe derbies. The pieces are enhanced by other subtle details reflecting the maison’s savoir-faire excellence.

Symbols of refinement like the emblematic saddle bag in black grained calfskin, a jacquard tie adorned with matching “Paris Saint-Germain” logo, a cashmere scarf as well as a reversible — black and navy blue — belt complete the looks.
