Named the top hotel in Hong Kong in the 2018 Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards’ and one of Time Magazine’s 100 Great Places in 2018, The Murray is definitely the bustling city’s latest “it” hotel.

Described as a contemporary urban sanctuary, it is set to earn the adjective romantic this Valentine’s Day, as couples would be interested to know. On Feb 14 and 15, The Murray is offering a Love Beyond Our Bounds package with breakfast for two, welcome champagne, a butler-drawn bubble bath and an in-room dining epicurean experience.

To make the stay more meaningful and memorable, couples can assist at the Food Angel Network, a charitable organisation committed to reducing food waste and alleviating poverty. In addition, special Valentine’s Day menus will be served at The Tai Pan and Popinjays restaurants within the hotel. Popinjays, with its signature rooftop bar and restaurant, is the perfect setting for romance, complete with panoramic views of the city.

The Tai Pan serves a refined menu that includes Octopus Carpaccio, Roast Duck Foie Gras and Grilled US Prime Tenderloin. This falls under its Romantic Occasion deal, whereby each couple will receive a portrait of themselves sketched during the meal to commemorate the occasion.
