Aman Resorts is launching a new venture in Singapore. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, it comprises a luxury hotel, branded residences and an exclusive private members’ club.
Situated within The Skywaters at 8 Shenton Way, it is set to be part of the Garden City’s tallest skyscraper at 63 storeys upon completion in 2028. Amid the bustle of the city, this sanctuary promises seclusion and serenity.
Kerry Hill Architects, known for its stunning work on The Sirēya Desaru Coast in Johor, is designing Aman Singapore with inspiration drawn from the city state’s iconic black-and-white colonial bungalows. Using natural materials, distinct textures and liberal dimensions, it intends to craft each space to ensure guests feel a sense of peace upon arrival.

The hotel will feature some of the largest suites in the city. Each suite will span an allotted floor and boast expansive views of Singapore’s iconic skyline. The Aman Residences merges private homes seamlessly with the luxurious resort and club facilities. The residences will come with one to five bedrooms, overlooking either the city or the South China Sea.
The Aman Spa will take up an entire floor, crowned by an infinity-edged pool that adds a heightened sense of luxury to the experience. There will also be areas for guests to indulge in a variety of cuisines and venues for socialising. The amenities are available exclusively to Aman residence owners, club members and hotel guests.
