Poised amidst the pristine natural charm of one of Turkey’s most untouched coastlines, the Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum was recently announced as one of the Italian luxury brand’s upcoming hospitality destinations. Set to open in 2027, the company’s newest project is a collaboration with Turkish developer AHEN and designed by ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. It channels the ancient legacy, bustling food culture and gorgeous landscapes of the seaside town. Occupying a 68ha complex of terraced Mediterranean garden, this opulent undertaking will comprise a resort as well as 101 mansions, intended to cultivate a safe, sophisticated and sustainable community.

Each mansion ranges from 850 to 2,800 sq m with three to six bedrooms, and has been thoughtfully curated to integrate seamlessly into the organic landscape of Bodrum with respect to the native vegetation and existing panorama, ensuring the buildings introduce minimal visual invasiveness. The first of these new sites, now open for private viewing, is a two-floor, six-bedroom residence spotlighting Mediterranean refinement, featuring a scenographic staircase, grand dining space and double-height living area, as well as state-of-the-art kitchen, fitness and wellness equipment. Local contemporary artworks and vintage Iznik-style ceramics add a touch of cultural flair to the interiors.

The property includes a private beach, 16m infinity pool and fireplace surrounded by rich landscapes of indigenous foliage that are designed to regenerate into a quiet, sustainable sanctuary over time. In line with the house’s vision of environmental consciousness, materials from the excavation phase have been repurposed in the habitat’s construction.

Occupants will also be given privileged access to the upcoming resort’s amenities, such as a variety of signature dining experiences offering regional and international cuisines (all located along the Aegean seafront and complete with boat access) on top of an immersive wellness spa.
