If you’re looking for a cake that is on the lighter side, these pastel creations from Kooky Cream combine fluffy sponge layers and airy mousse. Adorned with pretty piping, marshmallows and heart sprinkles, the pink option contains raspberry yogurt mousse while the yellow version mixes mango and fragrant genmaicha together. Great for sharing (especially for Galentines), the six-inch cakes can serve up to six or eight people.

Basque burnt cheesecake fans can enjoy this decadent, melt-in-your-mouth dessert by Elevete even after Valentine’s Day is over.
