For sweet treats made in the vegan style, The Minimalist Baker makes things super easy even for novices with the oven. Beautiful pictures bring to life Dana Schultz’s elegantly simple recipes, all of which ask for 10 ingredients or less, one bowl or takes under 30 minutes to prepare. And they’re mainly gluten-free too, in case that’s a concern.

Worried about making up the muscle while on a vegan diet or fear where you’ll get your protein from? Follow Vegan Body Building and you’ll have more fitness ideas than you’ll know what to do with. And yes, non-meat eating body-builders are a thing – Nimai Delgado, Dominick Thompson and Samantha Shorkey are all super ripped and 100% vegan.

The Korean Vegan
A full-time lawyer in Chicago, Joanne L. Molinaro blogs at thekoreanvegan.com and floods her Instagram with great pictures of her vegan creations, which are both Korean and Western in inclination. It’s a wonderful peek into her life as well, the history of her family and what drove her to go vegan.
