David Chang to open noodle bar in Time Warner Center

It’s one of three new Momofuku spots slated to open in the next couple years, with one opening in Hudson Yards and another on Pier 17 at the Seaport District.

American restaurateur David Chang will be opening a new Momofuku Noodle Bar at Time Warner Center in New York City.

The restaurant is scheduled to open next summer and will be located in the same complex as Chang’s other restaurants, Per Se and Masa. The 4,000 sq ft noodle bar will be six times larger than the first Momofuku restaurant at First Avenue. It will be open for lunch and dinner, serving noodles, buns and other dishes created by chef Tony Kim.

The new noodle bar is one of several projects in the works by the restaurant group. Momofuku is set to open outlets in Seaport District’s Pier 17, Lower Manhattan and Los Angeles later this year.
