One is certainly spoilt for choice at Mandarin Oriental as it offers a luxurious dining experience at three of its restaurants: Mosaic, Lai Po Heen and Mandarin Grill. Complement mum’s requisite flower bouquet with a luxurious rose-inspired treat, the Enchanting Rose Afternoon Tea Delight, at Shangri-la. In collaboration with French luxury perfume and cosmetics house Lancôme, the hotel presents a slew of sweet and savoury desserts to celebrate the special day with its patrons. The star of the menu is the Raspberry Rose Ispahan, offering a burst of flavour that harmonises raspberries and delicate rose petals. On top of that, there are other treats to savour like a Boston lobster croquette with trout caviar, maple glazed vanilla scone, and dehydrated strawberry and white chocolate scone.
