Ever since Porsche introduced the Turbo designation for its 911 more than four decades ago, the name has become synonymous with being the top-of-the-range model. To continue elevating the fascination for sportscars in Malaysia, Porsche’s local distributor Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP) has unveiled the new generation 911 Turbo S. This range-topping 911 is powered by a new 3.8-litre boxer engine with two VTG turbochargers, which deliver 478kW (650 PS) and a maximum torque of 800Nm. The Turbo-specific eight-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) cuts 0.2 seconds from the zero to 100km/h sprint, compared to its predecessor. Top speed remains unchanged at 330km/h.
