La Prairie needs no introduction. Known for its luxurious line of caviar-infused creams and serums, the Swiss luxury skincare brand is sharing its luxe love with all. Look out for the first Cobalt House in Malaysia, in collaboration with award-winning designer, Sabine Marcelis, which debuted at Art Basel in June.
Marcelis ingeniously interpreted the iconic cobalt blue jar and velvety cream into a larger-than-life interactive and sensorial design environment, and we just cannot wait to experience it all.
According to the brand’s spokesperson, the collaboration with the award-winning designer was a natural step forward for the brand and its expansion into different disciplines and mediums, staying true to its pillars of high performance and excellence. “The designer and her approach to form and function reflect the brand's Bauhaus aesthetics, the inspiration behind the boldness of our products characterised by clean and pure lines, making a strong and audacious statement with each creation.”

Marcelis also created a limited-edition skincare object of design to enrich the cream’s skincare ritual as La Prairie celebrates the 25th anniversary of its iconic remastered Skin Caviar Luxe Cream.
Since its inception, this cream has embodied the very essence of the luxury skincare house — audacious, unique and potent. This year, the pioneering scientists at La Prairie are taking the next leap in lifting and firming, with a focus on the intrinsic vitality of the skin. By blending the newly developed caviar micro-nutrients with caviar premier for the first time, the remastered Skin Caviar Luxe Cream aims to support the skin's metabolic processes and ultimately rejuvenate its youthful structure.
The Cobalt House will showcase the revered Skin Caviar collection, alongside the inaugural Cobalt Café, in partnership with PULP, where visitors get to enjoy coffee and pastries. The Cobalt House will be open from now until Sept 28 at The Gardens Member Club Space, Level 5, The Gardens Mall Kuala Lumpur.
