Homegrown stationery retailer Cziplee needs no introduction. The family business has been around for over half a century, evolving from a humble sundry store in Kajang into a household name that provides fine stationery, books, art supplies and lifestyle paraphernalia in the Klang Valley and Johor.

Over the years, a series of challenges, including the pandemic, have taught them  the importance of being resilient yet flexible in the face of hardship. As a result, the business is moving forward with a different strategy and direction.

No longer bound by physical locations, CzipLee has now pivoted to concept stores and pop-ups, each offering a distinctive selection of products. CzipPlus, its newest concept store along Jalan Telawi, Bangsar, carries a curated selection of writing tools, ink products, fine art supplies as well as printing services. Its pop-up at Jippuri, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, sells Japanese stationery exclusively.

The company also plans to further expand to meet the needs of customers. The new CzipPetit in Bangsar Village 2 will take up three times the space of its current store and house an extensive selection of brands and products. A unique space for book lovers and a café are in the pipeline. Also, events and workshops can now be held at CzipPlus. Find out more at cziplee.com.
