For the Spring/Summer season, fine pewtersmith Royal Selangor has launched an expansive collection of goods, ranging from lifestyle accessories to home décor.

One of the lines to take note of is Tariq, a selection of eight homeware products inspired by the spirit of exploration and named after the Arabic word for “pathfinder” or “morning star”. The creations are crafted from pewter, wood, and gilded detailing, evoking the elaborate motifs on antique astrolabes from the Abbasid Caliphate. Standout pieces include intricate desk and wall clocks, as well as frosted glass table lamps and lidded trinket boxes.

Meanwhile, the Solus capsule was designed to enhance workspace functionality while elevating the look of your desk. Perhaps a sleek headphone stand to perch your listening device on while not in use? Or, a slim card wallet with seven slots that helps you travel light? The desk tray comes in handy for organising stationery and trinkets around your space, while the USB-chargeable lamp has adjustable brightness settings to accommodate your needs.

Malaysian Landmarks line sees some of our most famous monuments, sculpted by hand

Of course, it is not a complete Royal Selangor release without an ode to the country. To celebrate local beauty, history and architecture, the Malaysian Landmarks line sees some of our most famous monuments, sculpted by hand, come to life on a decorative plaque and travel caddy that can hold up to 25g of loose leaf tea.

Additionally, new DC, Marvel and Star Wars items, as well as the Ace and Flow collections dedicated to board games and glassware, are also available.
