Petaling Jaya’s Chipta 11a unveils Borneo Traces, a special multi-sensory dining experience rooted in the spirit of the harvest festival, running until June 30. Guests are invited to explore Bornean culture and heritage through the restaurant’s culinary lens, where bold flavours meet the precision of Japanese technique.
The experience is complemented by a spatial installation from ZaHuoHang Studio, led by Kuching-born artist Joshua Tan, known for his botanical and floral works.
Australian skincare and fragrance brand Aesop also contributes to the experience, weaving scent into the multi-sensory dining concept through curated room incense, tea and handcare rituals. Together, taste, form and aroma converge to create something both intimate and immersive.
Borneo Traces runs until June 30 at Chipta 11a. For reservations, call (011) 2899 6296.
