Vacheron Constantin has expanded its Overseas collection with two striking new interpretations of the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin. Introduced in pink gold with a matching sunburst satin-finished dial and white gold with a bold burgundy lacquer dial, the latest releases combine refined aesthetics with technical mastery.
Housed in slim 41.5mm cases just 8.1mm thick, the timepieces are powered by the maison’s groundbreaking Calibre 1120 QP/1 — an ultra-thin self-winding movement that incorporates a perpetual calendar and moonphase display. One of watchmaking’s most intricate complications, the perpetual calendar automatically accounts for leap years and varying month lengths, requiring no correction until the year 2100. The transparent sapphire caseback offers a glimpse of the movement’s 276 meticulously finished components, including a 22-carat gold oscillating weight adorned with a compass rose, symbolising the collection’s travel and adventure spirit.
Each model comes with an 18-carat gold bracelet and two additional rubber straps, allowing a seamless transition between sporty chic and refined elegance. The pink gold version is paired with white and blue straps, while the white gold edition offers burgundy and white.
With its harmonious balance of technical innovation and polished design, the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin is both a statement of horological expertise and a contemporary companion for life’s adventures. Marking 270 years of Vacheron Constantin’s pursuit of excellence, this launch underscores the brand’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of ultra-thin watchmaking while maintaining timeless artistry.
