The spiritual successor to Oriental Cravings is founder Fay Cheng's third restaurant venture, retaining all the comforting flavours of its predecessor.

He has named his dishes after the great chefs who inspired them, such as Michel Guérard, Paul Bocuse and Roger Vergé.

The Malaysian-born, Singapore-based chef details his journey, from learning from the best in the culinary world to running one of the most decorated destinations for Malaysian fine dining.

The playful menu incorporates elements from various national and regional cuisines.

Born into a family of foodies, the 64-year-old and her sibling bring classic Nyonya dishes from up North to the Klang Valley.
