Freedom — A tribute to George Michael
Bop down memory lane and celebrate British pop legend George Michael with local songstress Melissa Indot, who will be performing songs by the prolific songwriter, who was one-half of the 1980s pop duo, Wham! Memorable hits include Flawless, One More Try, Faith and Too Funky.

Cirque de la Symphonie
Having previously played to a sold-out crowd at DFP, the world-renowned circus troupe returns for a dazzling show of music and visual feast in the form of acrobats, strongmen, contortionists, jugglers and, for the first time, a “live” violin aerialist. The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Gene Chang, will perform a mix of classical masterpieces and contemporary favourites — music from Vivaldi, Mancini, Kander, Rimsky-Korsakov and Strauss and soundtracks from films such as Star Wars, Gladiator and Avatar.

Awas
Emerging Kedahan artist Haafiz Shahimi holds his latest solo exhibition, titled Awas. Best known for his unique style of pyrography printmaking, Haafiz has honed his technique to incredible precision on large and small canvases. The detailed and nuanced mastery of his printmaking, coupled with the rich imagery typically found in his works — which range from self-portraits to abstract art — makes him an exciting artist to follow.
