WHO’S THAT GAI?
Darren Chin seems unstoppable as he continues to create hit after hit. His latest restaurant, in partnership with his Thai wife Nana and in-laws, Mama Nuanta and Papa Suwit, is Gai by Darren Chin — which serves northern Thai cuisine. Come for the knockout crab omelette and amazing crispy chicken skin with nam jim sauce. Also in the pipeline is Monsieur Darren, which will specialise in fine pastry.

FIT FOR A DUKE

Complementing the selection is an array of top smokes from Cuba and the Dominican Republic. Private rooms for discreet tasting sessions are also available.
